Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

For security purposes, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for certain orders.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances. LUSCIOUS HAIR CO. is not responsible for delays that occur after an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. LUSCIOUS HAIR CO. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
